Q. IS IT BETTER TO REPLACE OR REPAIR AN APPLIANCE?

A. A broken appliance in a home leads to two choices. You can either call for appliance repair to attempt to save money and keep using the current stove, refrigerator, dishwasher or washer or dryer or replace the old appliance with a new model.

Appliances come with an expected lifetime. If the current home appliance is in the earlier or middle timeframe of that average lifetime, we would recommend scheduling our appliance repair service. If the home appliance is coming close to the final part of its expected lifetime, we then recommend replacing it with a new unit if you can afford to.

These are the expected lifetimes of every type of household appliances:

Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY?

A. Yes. We provide a warranty on manufacturer parts and labor. We only use manufacturer appliance parts for GE, LG, Frigidaire, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Whirlpool, Wolf, Amana and all other common appliance brands in order to protect the manufacturer’s warranty. Do not hesitate to reach out to us at anytime after our service if any problems continue with your household appliance.

Q. CAN YOU FIX THE APPLIANCE DURING YOUR FIRST VISIT?

A. We can. We load all of our service vans with 90% of the most common manufacturer parts and the important tools to complete our appliance repair service. If we have to return at a later date to complete a repair, there won’t be an additional service charge. We estimate that we are able to complete over 95% of our appliance repair appointments during the first visit.

Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We will provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for our repairman to arrive at your residence. We understand how important your time is so we do our best to arrive during the early portion of our scheduled service window. However, if an earlier repair or appointment takes much longer than expected, this timeframe allows the repairman time to be able to still arrive on time in the service window. Our technicians always call 15-20 minutes before their arrival.
